The CAFE team is delighted to announce that the eighth annual CAFE Week of Action – Total Football #TotalAccess – will take place from 7-15 March 2020.

The initiative, which started in 2013, offers stakeholders across the game the opportunity to promote access, inclusion and a welcoming environment for disabled people. The CAFE Week of Action celebrates wider inclusion within football, and the many different roles that disabled people can play within it.

CAFE is inviting disabled supporters groups, clubs, venues, leagues, European national associations and all other stakeholders to get involved and take part in the CAFE Week of Action 2020.

To support stakeholders in joining the CAFE Week of Action, CAFE has published an information pack which can be downloaded here.

The information pack contains background information on the CAFE Week of Action, as well as a list of suggested activities, and is also available to download in Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese and Russian.

Additional language versions will follow shortly, and accessible formats are available subject to request.

You can also download the CAFE Week of Action media pack, featuring logos, graphics and brand guidelines here.

The CAFE Week of Action will take place from 7-15 March 2020. If you are unable to host a celebration during these times then activities taking place around this timeframe, but not within these dates, can also be promoted under the banner of the CAFE Week of Action.

Last season's campaign saw a record 36 countries getting involved in the CAFE Week of Action, with 21 national associations and over 200 clubs supporting and actively participating in the initiative.

For more information on last season's CAFE Week of Action, you can download the 2019 summary report here.

The report is also available to download in Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Polish and Russian.

CAFE Media and Communications Manager Michael Rice said, "The CAFE Week of Action is all about recognising the important roles disabled people can play in the world's most popular sport. It is a hugely positive annual event that continues to grow year on year, and we are looking forward to our biggest campaign to date in 2020".

"With UEFA EURO 2020 being played across twelve different countries, and major UEFA Finals to be played in four more, 2020 is the perfect time to spread the message of improved access and inclusion for all wider than ever before!" added Michael.
