Ahead of this year’s UEFA Super Cup, CAFE has published a spectators guide for disabled fans attending the match being held at Beşiktaş Park, Istanbul.

The UEFA Super Cup will see UEFA Champions League holders Liverpool take on UEFA Europa League winners Chelsea on Wednesday 14 August at 21:00 CEST (22:00 local time).

CAFE’s Disabled Spectators Guide provides detailed information for disabled supporters on how to reach the stadium and the fan meeting points. The guide also includes information on the accessible services, facilities and amenities available at the stadium, and accessible transport in Istanbul.

The guide provides details on an audio-descriptive commentary (ADC) service, which will be provided in both English and Turkish during the match. This inclusive service, which can be of particular benefit to partially sighted and blind spectators, will enable listeners to enjoy the live commentary from any seat inside the stadium.

Spectators wishing to use this service should bring their own personal radio or FM radio compatible mobile devices (Please note: a number of smart phones including iPhones and Google Pixel phones are currently not FM radio compatible). A limited number of spare headsets will be available for collection from UEFA staff close to wheelchair user spaces, near to Gates K1 and K4.

Please check the CAFE website www.cafefootball.eu and twitter account @cafefootball ahead of the Final for details of the ADC frequencies.
