Disabled fans hoping to attend this season's UEFA Europa Conference League Final in Athens can now apply for accessibility tickets, via the UEFA Ticketing Portal. 

The Final will be played at the AEK Arena in Athens, Greece, on Wednesday 29 May 2024. 

Tickets are available to apply for until 11:00 CEST on Tuesday 16 April, so we recommend interested fans submit their applications as soon as possible. 

Accessibility tickets are available in two categories – wheelchair user spaces and easy access seats. Both categories of accessibility tickets cost €25.00. A complimentary companion ticket can be added to each order for accessibility tickets further on in the sales process, if the application is successful, if required. 

Proof of eligibility must be provided for accessibility ticket applications. Please see below for more information.

Applicants who selected the “I want to apply for tickets in any case regardless of who the finalists are option” will be notified in early May if their application has been successful or not. After the end of the semi-final matches, further ballots will take place from those spectators who selected the “only if my team qualifies” option, and applicants will receive email notifications of the outcome of the ballots in the days following the last semi-final match.  

Tickets will delivered via a dedicated mobile ticket app a few days before the match, The dedicated ticket will be available to download via the App Store or Google Play Store. All spectators will receive instructions on the ticket distribution process in advance of the final.

Disabled supporters applying for accessibility tickets to UEFA tournaments and Finals are required to upload proof of eligibility as part of their application.

This is to ensure that tickets for disabled fans are not abused by non-disabled supporters, or end up in the hands of people who do not need them. 

Disabled fans can upload their proof of eligibility at any time via the UEFA Ticketing Portal. To ensure participation in the lottery for accessibility tickets for the UEFA Europa Conference League Final 2024, disabled fans are required to upload their documentation to the portal by 11:00 CEST on Tuesday, 16 April. If you login into the portal and your documentation is already there, you do not need to resubmit and you should go back to the ticket portal and proceed you’re your application. To support disabled fans, CAFE has produced a short 'How To' guide to help with uploading proof of eligibility documentation, which can be downloaded from the CAFE website. 

Proof of eligibility, if acceptable, will allow disabled applicants to apply for any accessibility tickets for UEFA club competition Finals and tournaments they wish until its expiry. At this point, disabled fans will be required to reupload a new proof of eligibility.
