On June 25th 2013, a meeting took place between the representative of FC Sevastopol (supporter liaison officer Illva Khakhiashvili) and the most active disabled supporters (Aleksandr Sydelnikov, Denis Trifonoy and Gennadiy Fedchenko) in the conference room of the SCS stadium.

The aim of this meeting was to discuss the cooperation between the disabled fans of the club in the season 2013/2014 during the games of Ukrainian Premier League and the possible launching of disabled supporters association (DSA).

The participants of the meeting discussed the accessibility of stadiums in the Ukrainian Premier League and offered to create a local DSA. Active disabled supporters expressed their opinion on how a DSA would work.

They also gave careful consideration of the possibility to increase the amount of spaces for disabled fans and to implement the audio described commentary service for partially sighted and blind fans at the local stadium.

Illya Khakhiashvili spoke about the plans concerning the cooperation with disabled fans and promised that their wishes will be taken into consideration during this season.  

Disabled fans of the club would like to thank FC Sevastopol for the meeting and are looking forward to further fruitful cooperation with the football club.
