Accessibility tickets for UEFA Europa League Final 2021 on sale now

Disabled fans wishing to attend this season's UEFA Europa League in Gdańsk can now apply for accessibility tickets via UEFA's online ticketing portal.

The UEFA Europa League Final 2021 will take place on Wednesday 26 May at the Gdańsk Stadium, Poland.

The stadium will have a maximum capacity of 25% for the Final, with health and safety measures in place at the stadium. These measures include supporters maintaining a social distance of at least 1.5 metres wherever possible, following directional signage on access routes, and wearing of face masks at all times. Other measures such as proof of a negative Covid-19 before entry and temperature checks may also be required.

Supporters travelling to Poland to attend the UEFA Europa League 2021, should be aware the following rules apply:

Fans vaccinated against Covid-19 (people who have received a full course of vaccination with a vaccine registered in the EU) are exempt from the obligation to undergo a 10-days quarantine when coming to Poland.
Within 48 hours after arriving in Poland, fans who obtain a negative Covid-19 test are exempt from the obligation to undergo a 10-days quarantine when coming to Poland.

Access to the stadium will be granted in line with local legislation, which is to be confirmed by the local authorities in the coming days.

To reduce physical contact between supporters and stewards, all tickets, including accessibility tickets, will be issued via the secure UEFA official mobile ticketing app 14 days prior to the Final.

Applicants can apply for up to two tickets each, and each applicant is required to provide their own personal details and those of their guest on the ticket portal to aid track and test.

Disabled fans who wish to apply for accessibility tickets for the UEFA Europa League 2021 can do so by visiting UEFA's ticketing portal.

Accessibility tickets are available in two categories – wheelchair user and easy access tickets. Accessibility tickets have been classed as category 4 tickets and are priced at €40 each. A complimentary companion ticket is available for each accessibility ticket holder if required.

Applicants for all accessibility tickets are required to submit valid proof of disability to support their application. Applicants should provide proof of disability that is widely accepted in their country of residence. Please note that parking permits will not be considered as sufficient proof of disability.

A small number of accessible parking permits will also be available to accessibility ticket holders. Applicants can register their interest in receiving an accessible parking permit when applying for their match tickets. If demand exceeds supply, applicants will be placed on a ballot. Additional information on the allocation of accessible parking permits will follow from UEFA once the ticketing sales phase is closed.

The ticketing portal is now closed.

All applicants will receive an email by mid-May to inform them whether their application has been successful or not. Successful applicants will also receive further information on how to make secure payment for their allocated tickets.

CAFE will soon be publishing a Disabled Spectator's Guide to the UEFA Europa League Final 2021. This guide will provide disabled spectators with information on accessible transport in the city and to the stadium. Detailed information on the services, facilities and amenities at the stadium will also be provided. The guide will be published on the CAFE website and on CAFE's Facebook and Twitter pages.
