Are you a disabled football fan? Are you passionate about improving the matchday experience for disabled fans? Do you want the chance to attend UEFA Women's EURO 2022 matches played in your local host city?

CAFE is looking to recruit locally based, differently disabled football fans to become CAFE Accessibility Monitors and evaluate accessible services, facilities and amenities available on the two matchdays in the host cities during the tournament. The monitors will then provide detailed user-led feedback to CAFE on their experiences post-match.

CAFE is looking for to recruit wheelchair users and disabled supporters who do not use a wheelchair but require easy access seating or to be located to accessible services to attend matches played at the ten venues.

We will be seeking to appoint accessibility monitors for the following fixtures (all kick-off times in local time, BST):

• Old Trafford, Manchester: England vs Austria, Wednesday 6 July, kick off 20:00
• St Mary's, Southampton: Norway vs Northern Ireland, Thursday 7 July, kick off 20:00
• Stadium MK, Milton Keynes: Spain vs Finland, Friday 8 July, kick off 17:00
• Brentford Community Stadium, London: Germany vs Denmark, Friday 8 July, kick off 20:00
• Leigh Sports Village, Leigh: Portugal vs Switzerland, Saturday 9 July, kick off 17:00
• Bramall Lane, Sheffield: Netherlands vs Sweden, Saturday 9 July, kick off 20:00
• Academy Stadium, Manchester: Belgium vs Iceland, Sunday 10 July, kick off 17:00
• New York Stadium, Rotherham: France vs Italy, Sunday 10 July, kick off 20:00
• AMEX Stadium, Brighton: England vs Norway, Monday 11 July, kick off 20:00
• Wembley Stadium, London: UEFA Women's EURO 2022 Final, Sunday 31 July, kick off 17:00

Successful applicants will need to submit valid proof of disability to CAFE by email.

If required, a complimentary companion ticket and accessible parking permit will be provided to all Accessibility Monitors. Please note – accessible parking passes are subject to availability.

A short online training for CAFE Accessibility Monitors will be provided via video conference tool Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Successful candidates must complete a CAFE Evaluation Report and submit this alongside any photos and videos within 24 hours of the final whistle of each match they attend.

Appointed Accessibility Monitors must also be available to clarify responses and provide additional information up to 48 hours after the end of each match attended.

CAFE will share all reports and supplementary evidence with UEFA and the host venue, so that any changes can be made before following matches.

CAFE and UEFA hope that feedback received from Accessibility Monitors will encourage long-term and sustainable improvements for local based disabled spectators as a legacy of hosting UEFA Women's EURO 2022.

The CAFE Accessibility Monitor project may be amended at short notice due to ongoing restrictions on attendance.
