Wheelchair User spaces: 80 wheelchair user spaces (72 home and 8 away) and 7 VIP wheelchair user spaces on the business level.

Complimentary Personal Assistant spaces are provided, located behind the wheelchair user space.

Spaces are covered but not protected from rain. Sightlines are slightly obstructed by a protective grid.

We visited Wolfsburg as part of the group phase of the UEL in November 2019. The communication with the DAO and the 'fanbetreuung' service went well in advance. We received an information brochure that made everything clear. Wolfsburg sended the tickets in advance to Ghent, so our supporters received them before the trip. Parking space was organized well close to the visitors' area. We came with three wheelchair users. They were all able to take a seat in the wheelchair zone together with an attendant. Our supporter with a visual impairment chose to sit down with them and not to use the German descriptive commentary offered by Wolfsburg in the Main Stand. Since there was no access to catering, coffee and soft drinks were offered throughout the match. 'Fanbetreuung' service came by several times asking if everything was ok. The view was perfect, without barriers. Although the wheelchair zone is not in the visitors' area, the places for our supporters were close to the visiting atmosphere. Wolfsburg v Everton - November 2014 - Amy Wilson After encountering many problems in Lille, I was a little unsure if I wanted to go to another European away game, but as I had already booked travel and accommodation Germany, I decided I would go to this game as I was hopeful that things would be better in Germany. Everton had already allayed my fears over having a poor view as they had provided the disabled supporters with a picture of where the disabled enclosure was and I could tell by looking at it that it would be much better than our view in our previous away game. Getting to ground from Wolfsburg city centre was straight forward, a 15-20 minute walk that was very wheelchair accessible. Upon arriving at the ground, we found the first entrance gate for away supporters, a helpful steward told us to go to the next gate. When we got there Everton stewards were also there and they directed us to the disabled entrance. We went up the ramp to an elevated platform situation just above pitch level. The platform went from the away end to part way through the neutral end. Our seats where more towards the neutral end, but it was more like the Everton end with the amount of Evertonians there. Two stewards were on hand to give us free programmes and offered both myself and my carer a choice of free soft or warm drinks. They offered this at half time too. The view from here was excellent, had a unobstructed view of both ends of the ground, saw both of our goals clearly. There are two disabled toilets located in a room at the bottom of the ramp, both very spacious and accessible. Had no problems whatsoever in this ground and it has made me want to go to another European away game with Everton.
