Disabled spectators wishing to attend either of the UEFA EURO 2020 semi finals or the final will have another opportunity to purchase accessibility tickets, as the stadium capacity for Wembley has been increased to 60,000.

All ticket holders, including accessibility ticket holders, who lost tickets in the initial ballot (when it was expected the final would be played in front of 22,500 spectators), will be contacted by UEFA with an opportunity to re-purchase their tickets again. If the demand for this exceeds supply, a ballot for remaining tickets will take place.

The two semi-finals, hosted at London's Wembley Stadium, will take place on 6 and 7 July 2021. Wembley will also host the final, four days later on 11 July.

If any accessibility tickets remain for these three matches, they will be only available via the UEFA Ticketing customer services online webform.

Spectators are asked to complete all fields, and select accessibility tickets from the dropdown menu “My Request Concerns”. It is recommended that disabled fans upload a valid proof of disability to the form.

If successful, fans will receive an email from UEFA with a secure link to make payment.

UEFA has advised that disabled fans enquiring about purchasing accessibility tickets for these matches should not do so until the last Round of 16 match has finished on Tuesday 29 June.
