Accessible parking and drop-off/pick-up points

There are only a few accessible parking spaces at the stadium, and this is only available to wheelchair users. Permits need to be obtained from the club in advance. The parking spaces are around 10m away from the entrance to the stadium, and are stewarded.

Accessible drop-off points are also located around 10m away from the stadium.

The club provides complimentary tickets for wheelchair users' Personal Assistants.

Spectator viewing areas

Wheelchair User spaces: 68 for home supporters. 

Spaces are situated in elevated positions around the stadium. Sightlines are good, seats are sheltered and there are no obstructed views. Personal Assistants can be seated adjacent to wheelchair users. 

15 for away supporters.

Spaces are situated pitch-side. Spaces are not sheltered and stewards may occasionally become an obstruction. Personal Assistants can be seated adjacent to wheelchair users. 

Easy Access seating spaces: 68 for home supporters. 

Seats are located in the Lower Tribune. Wider seats have arm rests and additional leg room, and sightlines are good. Personal Assistants can be seated adjacently. 

15 for away supporters. 

Seats are located within general allocation, and wider seats have arm rests and additional leg room. Sightlines are generally good and Personal Assistants can be seated adjacently. 

Other areas: There are 30 seats available for blind and partially sighted supporters, including easy access seats. The seats are situated in general allocation. Seating is not sheltered, and Personal Assistants can be seated adjacently. 

The club provides inclusive seating for deaf and hard of hearing fans who use induction loops. Personal Assistants can be seated adjacently.

There are accessible refreshment kiosks, though they do not have low level counters.


Accessible toilets

There are 10 accessible toilets available to home supporters, and 2 additional toilets for away supporters.

All toilets have level access, grab rails and sufficient space for a wheelchair user and Personal Assistant.

Guide dogs are not permitted in the stadium.

An audio descriptive commentary service has recently been made available at the stadium.
