Disabled fans who are no longer able to attend matches at the rearranged UEFA European Championships can now return tickets and apply for full refunds via the UEFA Ticketing Portal.

UEFA EURO 2020 has been postponed for twelve months due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, with the opening match now scheduled to take place on 13 June 2021.

Disabled fans are able to return some or all of their allocated tickets, with refunds to be paid on the debit or credit card used to make the purchases.

To support disabled fans in the process, CAFE has published a "How To" guide on returning UEFA EURO 2020 accessibility tickets.

The guide contains step-by-step advice on the returns process, and aims to answer any questions that disabled fans may have.

Fans who still wish to attend all of their allocated matches don't need to do anything at this stage - tickets will remain valid and more information will follow from UEFA as the tournament approaches.

The UEFA EURO 2020 ticket return portal will remain open until 1400 CEST on Tuesday 26 May 2020, and can be accessed at https://www.uefa.com/uefaeuro-2020/ticketing/#/. Ticket holders will need to use the email address and password they used to purchase tickets to access the portal.

For further information, please refer to the CAFE "How To" guide or visit the UEFA EURO 2020 website FAQ section. If you have a question that is not answered by the guide or the FAQ section, please contact UEFA using their online contact form. Alternatively, you can email CAFE at [email protected] or call +44 (0)208 065 5108.
