The CAFE Trustees are delighted to confirm that Olivier Jarosz has been appointed as Interim CEO of the organisation.

Olivier is a leading practitioner in football club strategies, having previously worked as Director at the European Club Association (ECA). He will remain a Board Member at LTT Sports, a football advisory firm.

We welcome Olivier Jarosz as Interim CEO to continue the development of CAFE, and to refine and implement CAFE’s new strategic plan.

Previously Olivier was in charge of the R&D efforts at the European Club Association (ECA) for over 10 years, masterminding several innovative and industry-leading publications related to Club Management, Youth Academies and Women’s Club Analysis.

Olivier is also co-author of the pioneering Club Management Guide, that aims to define all the structural components of a football club from a forensic perspective, Olivier created a successful knowledge-sharing platform, the Club Management Programme, the first ever tailor-made executive programme covering professional football club needs for the top management of clubs. 

Speaking on his appointment as Interim CEO, Olivier said, "It is with great pleasure I take on this new role at CAFE. I was actually in attendance at the UEFA Monaco Prize ceremony in 2009 where CAFE was first formed, and have continued to keenly follow the achievements of the organisation ever since".

"CAFE has a tremendous track record in advocating for wider access for all, and I hope to play my part in ensuring that disabled fans across the game can enjoy a fully inclusive experience at football stadiums", added Olivier.

Olivier is a native French speaker currently based in Nyon, Switzerland, and over the past years he has lived in Canada, Poland, Russia, USA and Lebanon. He is a Wharton Aresty Scholar and Université de Genève Graduate.
