A celebration of disabled fans took place during the CAFE Week of Action 2016 in Poland, led by Klub Kibiców Niepełnosprawnych (KKN) in Wroclaw.

In partnership with KKN, Slask Wroclaw welcomed over 200 disabled fans to their match with Cracovia Krakow last weekend.

Slask Wroclaw also carried out a series of pitchside interviews with some of the club's disabled fans to talk about their matchday experiences.

A video promoting the activity was also published by Slask Wroclaw on YouTube.

During last year's CAFE Week of Action celebrations, KKN set a Polish record number of disabled fans attending a match. 1005 disabled fans came together at Stadion Miejski and played their part in making history in Poland.

CAFE would like to thank KKN for their continued cooperation and for joining us in celebrating Total Football Total Access.
