The 12th annual CAFE Week of Action has come to an end, and we would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating #TotalAccess during this time.

Since 2013, the CAFE Week of Action has provided stakeholders from across the game with a unique opportunity to shine a spotlight on accessibility, inclusion and the importance of involving disabled people within all levels of the sports industry.

We were delighted to be joined by so many clubs, leagues and national associations during this time, along with a large number of disabled fans and disability organisations. We aim to publish a fuller report in the coming months highlighting some of the wonderful initiatives that have taken place.

The CAFE Week of Action kicked off with a focus on the roles of disabled women, and women working in the industry, to coincide with International Women's Day. We also celebrated World Down Syndrome Day during this time, and welcomed Joana Cal to our Board of Trustees.

We are aware that some more activities are planned over the coming days and weeks, and we will continue to share news, pictures and videos from these events via social media.

Operations Manager Michael Rice said, "The Week of Action is always a wonderful time of the calendar, when we can share so many good news stories, commitments and activities celebrating disabled people. We know the transformative impact that sport can have on so many disabled peoples' lives - there is nothing else like it - and we are so grateful to all of the like-minded partners who have joined us under the #TotalAccess umbrella over this period".

A huge thank you again to everyone who has joined us to celebrate the CAFE Week of Action. Keep posted for more updates from activities taking place around the world!
