On the 24th of May 2013, CAFE’s Head of Development in Eastern Europe, Elena Karpukhina, and Project Coordinator in Ukraine, Olena Zhyvaikina, had a meeting with Dnipro-Arena stadium manager Victoria Berestovetskaya and marketing director Yuriy Prodan.

At the meeting the following points were discussed: the social policy of FC Dnipro and the improvement of accessible facilities and services for disabled fans. After participation in the CAFE Week of Action – Total Football, Total Access (the dedicated banner is still hanging near the stand for wheelchair users) the club expressed their wish to cooperate closely with local NGOs of disabled people.

The possibility of the implementation of audio described commentary for partially sighted and blind fans on the Dnipro Arena was also among the issues discussed.
