The Centre for Access to Football in Europe (CAFE) is seeking to appoint a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer to support the team.

Hours: full time

Salary: Competitive

Based: remote, working from home

Contract type: Fixed Term

Contract duration: 2 months

Start date: as soon as possible

CAFE works closely with our partners at UEFA, FIFA and other key stakeholders to promote improved access and inclusion for disabled people across football. Using the game’s unique power, we celebrate the many roles disabled people can play within football, including as spectators, players, volunteers, coaches, administrators, leaders and decision makers.

This is an exciting time for the organisation and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to gain experience of working in football and the not-for-profit and inclusion industries on a global level.

The successful candidate will support the CAFE team in collating, cleaning and organising data to be uploaded to our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Additionally, they may be expected to undertake other reasonable tasks as required.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the rest of the CAFE team.

CAFE has a diverse range of stakeholders from across the world, including sports governing bodies, national associations, leagues, clubs, equality/disability NGOs and fans groups, together with disabled supporter groups, individual disabled fans and their advocates.

The CAFE team works from home. Depending on the location of the successful applicant, training may be offered in person. If travel is required, reasonable expenses will be covered by CAFE.
