Prior to Friday's match between Cracovia and Górnik Zabrze, Dariusz Guzik was presented with a CAFE special recognition award.

Awards are being presented across Poland and Ukraine as a part of CAFE's 2014 Weeks of Action campaign, to people and stadiums who have gone the extra mile to create a positive matchday experience for disabled fans.

CAFE Project Manager in Poland Zuzanna Ziajko travelled to Cracovia to make the presentation. Dariusz was awarded in recognition of his sensitivity and continuous work in the fields of disability and inclusion.

During the match, representatives of School Centre for Deaf People performed the official anthem of the Cracovia club in sign language. This is a great example of Total Football, Total Access - the slogan for the CAFE Weeks of Action.

CAFE would like to congratulate Dariusz for the work he has done, and we look forward to hearing about even more successes at Cracovia.
