CAFE has appointed Esther Jones Russell as our new Eastern European Development Officer.

Esther is fluent in Russian and Czech, and graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in both languages. She is also a passionate football fan, and is both a player and club committee member.

Esther joins the team having gained experience working for an inclusion NGO based in the Czech Republic, and will be working primarily on extending our works in Eastern Europe.

CAFE Managing Director Joanna Deagle said, "We are delighted to welcome Esther to the CAFE team. She has settled in well, and is already proving to be a great addition to the side".

As part of her role, Esther will support and develop CAFE’s projects and activities in Eastern Europe. Her role will also include assisting with the creation of training materials, and collaborating with NGOs and international football federations.
