Disabled fans wishing to attend this season's UEFA Champions League Final in Porto can now apply for accessibility tickets via UEFA's online ticketing portal.

The UEFA Champions League Final 2021 will take place on Saturday 29th May at the Estádio do Dragão, Portugal.

Disabled fans will have from 1400 CET on 25 May until 1600 on 26 May to contact UEFA Customer Services via their online form.

Supporters must provide the following information:

  • Number of tickets they are requesting – maximum of two per person
  • Ticket category type – wheelchair user or easy access
  • Submit valid proof of their disability (if applying for two accessibility tickets, proof of disability for their guest must be supplied at this point too). Applicants should provide proof of disability that is widely accepted in their country of residence. Download the CAFE Proof of Disability Guidance Document for further information on accepted proofs of disability. Please note that parking permits will not be considered as sufficient proof of disability.
  • Their name and date of birth
  • The name and date of birth of their companion
  • Indicate if an accessible parking pass will be needed

Please be advised that successful applicants will be located with fans of the finalist teams in the stadium, and not in the neutral area of the stadium.

Tickets are priced at €70 each, and a complimentary companion ticket is available, if requested.

The stadium will have a maximum capacity of 25% for the Final, with health and safety measures in place. These measures include supporters maintaining a social distance of at least 1.5 metres wherever possible, following directional signage on access routes, and wearing of face masks at all times. Other measures such as proof of a negative Covid-19 test before entry and temperature checks may also be required.

Supporters travelling to Portugal to attend the UEFA Champions League Final 2021, should be aware the should obtain and confirm information about procedures and restrictions in the countries of origin and destination, from the airline company and from the foreign and border services.

Access to the stadium will be granted in line with the applicable local legislation, which includes the need to provide a proof of a negative rapid antigen test result dated from 28 May or 29 May. Fans can otherwise provide a proof of a negative PCR test result dated from 26, 27, 28 or 29 May.The negative result of one of those tests will allow entrance to the stadium on matchday.

To reduce physical contact between supporters and stewards, all tickets, including accessibility tickets, will be issued via the secure UEFA official mobile ticketing app ahead of the Final.

A small number of accessible parking permits will also be available to accessibility ticket holders. Applicants can register their interest in receiving an accessible parking permit when applying for their match tickets. If demand exceeds supply, applicants will be placed on a ballot. Additional information on the allocation of accessible parking permits will follow from UEFA once the ticketing sales phase is closed.

All applicants will receive an email to inform them whether their application has been successful or not. Successful applicants will also receive further information on how to make secure payment for their allocated tickets.

This guide will provide disabled spectators with information on accessible transport in the city and to the stadium.
