Getting to the stadium

Train: ----------

Bus: Vienna has an extensive bus network but access may vary depending on the vehicle.

Air: Vienna International Airport is the largest and busiest in Austria, with many domestic and international connections. The airport is around 18km from central Vienna. From the airport, passengers can take the Vienna S-Bahn line S7 to the city centre, which takes approximately 25 minutes. Alternatively, the City Airport Train connects to Wien Mitte railways station in central Vienna in around 16 minutes. Buses also operate from the airport.

Metro/Tram: Vienna has U-Bahn and S-Bahn public transportation systems, and both should be easily accessible for disabled passengers.

Ernst Happel Stadion is located about 3.5 kilometres east of Vienna’s inner city, on the edge of the Prater Park close to the Danube river. The stadium can be accessed via U-Bahn line 2, and the Stadion station is a short walk from the stadium entrance.
