Access Information for Disabled Supporters

Getting there and Parking

Istanbul Airport is the main international station serving Istanbul, with many domestic and international connections.

The nearest accessible tram stop to the stadium is Kabatas, approximately 600m from the stadium.

CAFE has been advised that on the day of the Super Cup, the nearest bus stop to the stadium will be close to Kabatas tram stop.

Most of the pedestrian routes and routes from all public transport hubs involve very steep sloped pavement.

Beşiktaş Park is easily accessible by car. There are 12 accessible parking spaces available on Level -1 of the stadium's underground car park. There are currently no designated drop-off and pick-up points at the stadium, but for the Super Cup there is a designated drop-off point at the gate to the underground car park.

Getting a Ticket

Once a supporter has registered their details with the club, accessibility ticket requests can be made to the club digitally via an online application form. Supporters can register with the club online, directly at the ticket office, or via telephone.

Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis. They are collected on matchday from the ticket office. Disabled fans who require a companion are entitled to a companion ticket at the stadium.

The stadium ticket office has no low-level counters.

Spectator Viewing areas

There are 29 wheelchair user spaces at the stadium, with adjacent companion seating. Spaces are located on Level 0, in section K1 of North Stand. Sightlines are adequate if supporters in front remain seated.

There are 60 easy access spaces, but for the UEFA Super Cup, due to the placement of television cameras, only 49 of these existing spaces will be available. Seats are located in section K4 of North stand. Sightlines are obstructed if supporters in front stand, and some may be poor if supporters in front remain seated.

Guide and assistance dogs are not permitted to enter the stadium.

There are 6 wheelchair-accessible toilets located at various points throughout the North stand, close to wheelchair user areas.

All toilets are unisex. Toilets are locked by the club's own keys, but are unlocked on matchdays.

There are no concessions with designated low-level counters near accessible seating areas. However, there is a wider aisle lane for wheelchair users.
