CAFE has published a detailed access information guide for disabled fans who are attending this season’s UEFA Europa League Final in Baku.

The Final takes place on Wednesday 29 May at the Baku Olympic Stadium, and will be an all-English Premier League encounter between Arsenal and Chelsea. Both sides qualified for the Final after beating Valencia and Eintracht Frankfurt respectively.

The CAFE Disabled Spectators Guide provides information for disabled supporters planning to attend the Final, including how to get to the stadium, accessible entrances, services and facilities available within the stadium, location of the UEFA Europa League Fan Festival site as well as information on accessible public transport and UEFA provided shuttle buses in Baku.

Match ticket holders can enjoy free travel across the Baku municipal transport network from 28-30 May by showing their paper or mobile ticket.

An audio descriptive commentary (ADC) service will be provided in two languages (English and Azerbaijani) inside the stadium. This inclusive service will enable listeners to enjoy the commentary from any seat in the ground, and is of particular benefit to partially sighted and blind spectators.

To tune into the audio descriptive commentary in English or Azerbaijani, listeners are requested to please bring your own personal radio or FM radio compatible mobile device (Please note: many iPhones are currently not FM radio compatible).

You can tune into the audio-descriptive commentary inside the stadium using the following frequencies:

  • 87.7 FM MHz will be English
  • 98.0 FM MHz will be Azerbaijani

A very limited number of headsets will be available inside the stadium should partially sighted and blind fans be unable to use their own personal devices. These will be available from both of the two information points located on Level 1.
