On August 6, 2014 Centre for Access to Football in Europe and the Professional Football League in Ukraine signed a Memorandum of cooperation.

CAFE and the PFL have already identified common goals, among which are to work towards making football in Ukraine accessible for all, and ensuring that disabled people are integrated in sport and social life.

The memorandum was signed by Sergei Makarov, President of PFL and Elena Karpukhina, CAFE Head of Development in Eastern Europe.

Sergey said, "We are really pleased that we have started such noble work. We hope that with the help of CAFE we will understand our own weaknesses in issues related to access of football. We will do everything for disabled supporters to incorporate them into to the stadiums".

"We should work with all fans, and this of course includes disabled supporters".

Elena added, "We are very glad that organisations such as the PFL share our common goal – "Total Football - Total Access" We are sure that that our fruitful cooperation will make Ukrainian football accessible to all, and soon disabled supporters will start to feel positive changes".
