Getting to the stadium

Train: The nearest station is Leverkusen-Mitte station, approximately 1.5km from the stadium.

The only lift is on Platform 1 wheere S-Bahn line S6 (Essen-Dusseldorf-Langenfeld-Cologne) runs.

Passengers can gain entry and exit to Platform 1 via a ramp to the station square.

Bus: Several buses run from the city centre to close to BayArena on matchday. Additionally, shuttle buses run from the Bayer Plant to the stadium.

All buses on these routes are suitable for wheelchair users, with low-level floors for ease of access.

The club recommends taking Bus 203 from Leverukusen Mitte to the stadium.

Air: The nearest international airport is Cologne/Bonn airport, approximately 41km from Leverkusen centre.

From the airport, take the S-Bahn line S13 to Cologne Hautbahnhof. Then take the S-Bahn line S6 towards Essen to Leverkusen-Mitte.

Available at the stadium, 300m from the main entrance. Blue EU parking permits are required by supporters to access the parking areas.

Spectator viewing areas

Wheelchair User spaces: 58, located in South Stand, blocks H2 and H3.

6 of these spaces are reserved for away fans.

Home and away supporters sit together.

Sightlines are good, seats are sheltered, and there are no obstructed views.

The club provides a complimentary ticket for Personal Assistants, and they are seated behind the wheelchair user spaces.

Easy Access seating spaces: All spaces in the grandstand are accessed visa stairs.

Other areas: There are 20 spaces for blind and partially sighted fans, in block H of South Stand.

Sightlines are good, seats are sheltered, and there are no obstructed views.

Personal Assistants can be seated in front.

There are 2 accessible toilets are situated close to the wheelchair user spaces.

Toilets are stewarded, and a key is required for access.

There is level access to all toilets. Toilets have grab rails and sufficient space for a wheelchair user and Personal Assistant.

There is an audio-descriptive commentary service and 10 headsets are available to use on a first-come first-served basis. This is available in Sector H4.

There is a sign-language interpreter available.

Assistance dogs are not permitted at the stadium.
