Disabled fans wishing to attend this season’s UEFA Europa League Final in Gdańsk, Poland can now apply for accessibility tickets via UEFA’s online ticketing portal.

The Gdańsk Stadium in Gdańsk, Poland will host this season’s UEFA Europa League Final on Wednesday 27 May. The stadium opened in 2011 ahead of hosting UEFA EURO 2012 matches, and is home to Polish Ekstraklasa side Lechia Gdańsk.

Applications for accessibility tickets commence from Friday 28 February, until 14:00 CET on Thursday 12 March.

Accessibility tickets are available in two categories – wheelchair user spaces and easy access seats.

Wheelchair user and easy access tickets are classed as category 4 tickets, and cost €40.00 each. A complimentary companion ticket can also be applied for, where required, for both wheelchair user and easy access ticket holders.

For the first time, a new type of ticket is available within the general public ticket sales – a “Flexi-Final”. This ticket type has been introduced specifically for fans who only wish to attend the final should their team be finalists.

A handling fee of 15% will apply to all successful applicants of “Flexi-Final” tickets. However, if their teams do not reach the Final, applicants will be fully refunded (minus the handling fee charge).

Disabled fans who wish to attend the Final, irrespective of the teams that qualify, can apply for regular accessibility tickets. All accessibility tickets, including ‘Flexi-Final’ tickets, will be delivered via the secure UEFA official mobile ticketing application.

Applicants can apply for up to four tickets each, and each applicant is required to provide their own personal details on the ticket portal. Further information on the application process for accessibility tickets can be found by clicking here.

Applicants for all categories of accessibility tickets are required to submit official proof of disability to support their application. Applicants should seek to provide proof of disability that is commonly and widely accepted in their country of residence.

Please note, blue badge-style parking permits are not usually considered as a valid proof of disability.

Further information on accepted proof of disability for UEFA Club Competition Finals can be found here.

In addition, a limited number of accessible parking permits will be available to accessibility ticket holders.

Applicants can register their interest in receiving an accessible parking permit when applying for match tickets. If demand exceeds supply, applicants will be placed into a ballot. Further information on the allocation of parking permits will follow from UEFA once the ticketing period is closed.

All applicants will receive an email by end of March 2020, informing them whether their application is successful or not.
