Take part in the International CAFE Conference 2021 video

The International CAFE Conference 2021 will take place virtually on 9-10 December, and we are inviting disabled fans from across the globe to send in their clips to be featured in our Conference video.

Every International CAFE Conference has opened with a video showcasing disabled fans and their typical matchday experiences. The videos from the 2011, 2015 and 2018 Conferences have always proved to be hugely popular, and we are sure this year's Conference video will be no different.

Register for the International CAFE Conference 2021. The conference will take place on Thursday 9 December (12:00 - 19:00 CET) and Friday 10 December (09:00 - 19:00 CET).

The video will represent different aspects of our strapline:

Sport | Accessibility | Inclusion
for disabled people

We want to feature as many video clips as possible, showing disabled people and how they take part in sport. For example, we would love to receive clips demonstrating the following aspects:

Disabled people approaching or inside a stadium on matchday
Disabled people watching a match at home, on TV or online
Disabled people at a club or disabled supporters association (DSA) meeting
Disabled people on a stadium tour
Disabled people wearing their team kit
Disabled people cheering or celebrating
Disabled people moving around the outside of a stadium
Disabled people on or boarding public transport
Disabled people at an airport
Blind or partially sighted people using a club website
A guide, assistance or service dog owner at a stadium with their dog
Disabled people arriving at an accessible parking space or drop-off point at a stadium
Disabled people meeting with non-disabled family or friends (on a matchday)
Disabled people purchasing or showing match tickets
Blind or partially sighted people using audio-descriptive commentary (ADC)
Disabled people meeting players or coaches
Disabled people receiving a club award
Disabled people making purchases at a club shop
Disabled people working within sport

Or any other ways that you interact with sport!

We are also hoping to collect as many videos as possible of disabled fans saying our phrase Total Access as possible.

We want to show the emotions and feelings associated with accessibility in sport, so please make sure to show your faces clearly.

Please feel free to send as many clips as possible. Clips should be recorded in landscape format where possible. Clips can be sent by email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp to CAFE Media and Communications Manager Michael Rice at +44 (0)7906 157 946.

The deadline to receive your clips is Friday 12 November, so please start sending your clips in as soon as possible!
