Disabled fans who are no longer able to attend matches at the rearranged UEFA European Championships now have a final opportunity to return tickets and apply for full refunds via the UEFA Ticketing Portal.

UEFA EURO 2020 has been postponed for twelve months due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, with the opening match now scheduled to take place on 13 June 2021.

Disabled fans are able to return some or all of their allocated tickets, with refunds to be paid on the debit or credit card used to make the purchases. This will be the final opportunity for fans no longer able to attend matches to return their tickets.

To support disabled fans in the process, CAFE has published an updated "How To" guide on returning UEFA EURO 2020 accessibility tickets.

The guide contains step-by-step advice on the returns process, and aims to answer any questions that disabled fans may have.

Fans who still wish to attend all of their allocated matches don't need to do anything at this stage - tickets will remain valid and more information will follow from UEFA as the tournament approaches.

The UEFA EURO 2020 ticket return portal will remain open until 1400 CEST on Thursday 25 June 2020, and can be accessed at https://www.uefa.com/uefaeuro-2020/ticketing/#/. Ticket holders will need to use the email address and password they used to purchase tickets to access the portal.

The refund process will start soon after the closure of the portal. All refunds will be processed by the end of July 2020.

For further information, please refer to the CAFE "How To" guide or visit the UEFA EURO 2020 website FAQ section. If you have a question that is not answered by the guide or the FAQ section, please contact UEFA using their online contact form. Alternatively, you can email CAFE at [email protected] or call +44 (0)208 065 5108.

To reflect the current situation and to provide greater flexibility to supporters, UEFA have made some changes to their tickets terms and conditions, refund policy and privacy notification - Changes to the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Notification.

Supporters who do not agree with changes to the policy, or who are no longer able to attend the rescheduled matches, can return tickets and receive a refund.

The ticketing portal is open until 14:00 CET on Tuesday 26 January, with refunds being processed by the end of February 2021.
