This season's CAFE Week of Action has been celebrated in France, with activities taking place across the country under the umbrella of Total Football Total Access.

As reported on  last week, disabled fans from across France came together to establish a national disabled supporters association. Representatives from many of the disabled supporters groups in France met in Saint-Etienne to hold the first general assembly of Fédération Française de Supporters de Football Handicapés (French Federation of Disabled Football Supporters - FFSFH).

In addition to this, activities took place at clubs and stadiums in France to celebrate Total Football Total Access.

At Paris Saint-Germain, the club's disabled supporters group unveiled a CAFE Week of Action - Total Football Total Access - banner inside Parc des Princes. The banner was displayed during the UEFA Champions League Quarter-Final match with Manchester City, providing great exposure for the initiative and even appearing on worldwide TV.

The CAFE Week of Action was also celebrated by disabled Olympique Lyonnais fans. A CAFE Week of Action banner was taken to an Olympique Lyonnais Ladies training session, attended by some of the club's disabled fans. Former French international goalkeeper Gregory Coupet - Olympique Lyonnais' second highest appearance maker - also attended the training session and was happy to have his photograph taken next to the banner with Clémentine Constant, who will become President of the disabled supporters group next year.

Saint-Etienne's disabled supporters group also held a celebration during the CAFE Week of Action 2016. Many of the club's disabled fans gathered prior to a match, enjoying a celebration of inclusion and access for all.

At Marseille, a CAFE Week of Action banner has been installed at one of the accessible viewing areas inside the Stade Velodrome. Matchday volunteers had earlier taken the banner to the stadium, where it now hangs proudly on display.

There are additional activities planned to take place in France following the CAFE Week of Action.

CAFE would like to thank all of our stakeholders in France who took part in the CAFE Week of Action 2016, and we look forward to a long and fruitful cooperation in the name of Total Football Total Access.
