Ahead of the inaugural UEFA Nations League Finals, CAFE has published spectators guides for disabled fans attending matches at the Estadio D Afonso Henriques in Guimarães.

The stadium will host two matches this week, starting with England vs Netherlands on Thursday 6 June. The stadium will then host the UEFA Nations League third-place playoff on Sunday 9 June.

CAFE’s Disabled Spectators Guide contains information on the accessible services, facilities and amenities available on both matchdays at the stadium.

To download the CAFE Disabled Spectators Guide for Guimarães, please click here. The guide is also available to download in Dutch,  FrenchGerman and Portuguese. Alternate formats of the guide are available upon request.

An audio-descriptive commentary (ADC) service will be provided at the stadium in two languages (English and Portuguese). This inclusive service, which can be of particular benefit to partially sighted and blind spectators, will enable listeners to enjoy the live commentary from any seat inside the stadium.

To tune into audio-descriptive commentary in either English or Portuguese, listeners are requested to bring your own personal radio or radio-compatible mobile device to the stadium (Please note: many iPhones are currently not FM radio compatible).

You can tune into the audio-descriptive commentary inside the Estadio do Dragão using the following frequencies:

  • 90.1FM MHz will be ENGLISH
  • 89.3FM MHz will be PORTUGUESE

A limited number of additional headsets will be available at the stadium, should blind and partially sighted supporters be unable to access the ADC services via their own devices. The headsets will be available for collection on a first come, first service basis from the accessible entrance points at gates 8 and 15.
