Over 90 representatives from diverse European football clubs, foundations, leagues and organisations attended the 9th EFDN Conference in Oslo this week, where CAFE presented on the Disability Access Officer role.

The two-day conference, hosted by Vålerenga Fotbal, included presentations showcasing community and CSR programmes from across European football, as well as highlighting some of the great work that UEFA and EFDN are carrying out in this area.

CAFE Project Manager Jochen Kemmer spoke on the role of the Disability Access Officer, and how this position is having a huge effect for national associations, leagues, clubs, venues and also disabled fans.

Jochen said, "It was a great opportunity to present at the EFDN Conference in Oslo, and to talk about the Disability Access Officer role. CAFE maintains a strong relationship with EFDN and many of its members, and it is always a pleasure to discuss the importance of access and inclusion at these events".
