CAFE Managing Director, Joyce Cook OBE, recently travelled to Nyon to take part in the third edition of the UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme.

Joyce, the first disabled graduate of the Programme, was pleased to return as a mentor to support other women taking part in the one-year mentoring scheme.

Speaking to UEFA.com, Joyce said that the UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme gives the football community the incentive "to identify women and to put them forward for these [leadership] positions".

Joyce added, "We all know within the sports industry women are greatly underrepresented, so to speak out loud and say this is how we take it is really important".
