The CAFE exhibition slides were installed at the NSC Olympiyskiy - Ukraine's national stadium - on 17 February 2014.

The exhibition was opened by the Director General of 'Sports Arenas of Ukraine' Sergey Simak, as well as CAFE Head of Development in Eastern Europe Elena Karpukhina and Project Coordinator in Ukraine Olexander Ostapa.

Sergey said, "We are doing everything to make every supporter on the stadium to feel as comfortable as possible. Therefore, when the representatives of CAFE offered to host this exhibition, we were glad to support the initiative.

A ceremony will take place at the stadium on 21 February to see off the Ukrainian Paralympic team as they travel to the Winter Olympics in Sochi. Sergey added that he wished the team the best of luck and hopes to welcome them back to the stadium soon.

The main aim of the exhibition is to present the important role that football is playing in integrating disabled fans by creating accessible stadia across Ukraine and the rest of Europe. In addition, CAFE hopes the exhibition will help to raise awareness amongst the wider society by introducing the public to the subject of access and inclusion for disabled people.

The CAFE exhibition in Ukraine has already been installed at a number of venues, including at Metalist Stadium in Kharkiv and at Ukrinform, the Ukrainian National News Agency. The exhibition will continue its journey across Ukraine, spreading the message of 'Total Football, Total Access'.
