CAFE recently attended the Fan Experience Forum and Stadium Business Summit in Manchester, England.

The three-day event kicked off on Wednesday 5th June with the Fan Experience Forum, held at Manchester City FC’s Etihad Stadium. The Fan Experience Forum was chaired by Dr Bernie Mullin, and brought together stakeholders from clubs, leagues, governing bodies and organisations to discuss ways to improve the matchday experience of football supporters.

CAFE was a partner of the Forum, and had an exhibition stand in the networking area, where we could tell delegates more about CAFE and the work that we do across Europe.

Days two and three of the event were the Stadium Business Summit, held at the Hilton Hotel in the Deansgate region of Manchester. This conference saw speakers from some of the biggest clubs, stadiums and organisations around the world address the gathered delegates and discuss such topics as stadium naming rights, innovative business ideas and many other ways to improve stadiums across the world.

CAFE also attended the annual Stadium Business Awards 2013, where people and stadiums were honoured for their work in the past twelve months.
