Bundesliga
The Bundesliga is one of Germany‘s best known and most popular leagues in Europe. It stands for top-class sport, popular entertainment and social integration. It is the DFL’s (German Football League) task to guarantee this in the long term for everyone involved in the face of an increasingly complex environment. Therefore, the DFL is developing holistic concepts to constantly improve the conditions for disabled spectators in the stadiums of the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga. In this context the DFL is cooperating with several nationwide independent fan-organisations (wheelchair-, blind-, deaf-umbrella-fan-organisations) and the disabled fans’ liaison officers of the clubs.

UEFA - Union des associations europeennes de football
UEFA is a representative democracy, comprised of 53 national football associations, and is itself recognised by FIFA as one of six continental federations. The organisation of the administration of football is based on a pyramid system of regulations, with FIFA the world governing body, UEFA the European governing body and national football associations the governing bodies at domestic level. Subsidiarity should be a guiding principle in this hierarchy of regulations, with international bodies regulating only where international, or in some cases, worldwide action is required.
UEFA has therefore the following vision of success: "A united European football family working together to improve enjoyment of the game"
