Kharkiv Disabled Supporters Association meet with footballers

Kharkiv DSA

After Kharkiv launched a Disabled Supporters Association, disabled fans got a chance to speak to the footballers directly.

Below is a video clip of the launch, where a disabled fan posed a question to Marco Devich:

What do you feel when you see disabled fans on the stands? Does it help you to play?

Marco Devich:

I’m pretty much an emotional guy, and when I see disabled fans supporting our team, it does give additional support and tone. When you sit nearby and you want us to attain good results, it’s hard for me to leave the pitch without giving of my best. And it’s a shame not to perform my best when there is such support from you. So, yes, it does help a lot.
