CAFE is seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator to join the team at our London offices.

CAFE is a UEFA Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) associate partner, and works to improve access and inclusion for disabled people across Europe, using the special influence of football.

The Project Coordinator will support the implementation of the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play criterion, article 35bis, across the UEFA region. The criterion, introduced in 2015, requires clubs to appoint a Disability Access Officer (DAO).

The role will include supporting National Football Associations on implementing article 35bis within their own national licensing criterion, providing advice and guidance on access and inclusion matters, delivering presentations and training sessions to National Football Associations and their clubs, collating club / venue access information from each National Football Association and developing training and guidance materials.

The successful candidate will receive induction training at CAFE’s offices in Wembley, London. Ideally, the selected candidate will be based out of the CAFE offices, though candidates wishing to work remotely will also be considered for the role.

The position will require travel across Europe. The CAFE Project Coordinator will report to the Managing Director and will work closely with the wider CAFE team.
