Instructional stewarding movies shot in Poland

Disabled fan in Stadion Narodowy

Instructional videos on how stewards should communicate with disabled fans have been filmed recently at the Stadion Narodowy in Warsaw, Poland.

As reported in February 2014, CAFE is part of a project team created by the Polish Football Association working together to update the training package for matchday stewards in Poland.

The aim of the stewards training programme is to raise the standard of stewarding at football matches played in Poland, and provide a better quality of service for all fans. The package is based on European best standards and national legislation.

The stewards training programme is almost ready, and these instructional videos will play an important role in the package.

Every year, more and more disabled fans are attending live football matches in Poland. CAFE believes that this updated training package for stewards will greatly help to improve the experience of disabled football fans across the country.
