CAFE launches disabled fans Matchday Evaluation Feedback Questionnaire

Matchday Evaluation Feedback Questionnaire

CAFE has launched our disabled fans Matchday Evaluation Feedback Questionnaire.

The CAFE website has over 520 dedicated stadium information pages for teams and venues across Europe.

As well as including accessible information on how to get to stadiums and parking information, each page includes an option for disabled fans who have previously visited the stadium to leave their feedback on their matchday experience. This could be how they travelled to and from the stadium, the accessible amenities and services available, accessible toilets, sightlines or anything else of importance to disabled fans.

The fans comments give disabled fans an opportunity to have their say on what was good, what was bad and what could be improved.

These fans comments not only help CAFE to have the most up-to-date and accurate information  on access and facilities at stadiums across Europe, but they also help disabled fans who may be planning on attending matches at the stadium to prepare in advance.

Disabled fans have informed CAFE how useful they find the information contained on our stadium pages when they are planning their journeys to stadium, especially those stadia that they may be unfamiliar with.

“Where I have found reviews by other fans they are hugely informative, particularly how disabled fans travel to the ground and the views at the stadium” said a disabled fan from Wales.

To assist you in leaving your comments, we have launched the CAFE Matchday Evaluation Feedback questionnaire.

The form is designed to follow disabled fans matchday journey, from getting to the stadium to the view of the pitch. It also includes questions on any accessible services that disabled fans may use during their matchday experiences, and provides the opportunity to leave any other comments that you may wish.

We hope that with the creation of the Matchday Evaluation Feedback questionnaire, disabled fans will find it easier to share their experiences of attending matches.

We are keen to hear about all matchday experiences, whether they be international or club matches, domestic or continental, or friendly matches.

Disabled fans comments are vital to us and help to improve access and inclusion for disabled fans all across Europe.

The questionnaire is available in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian and Spanish.
