Getting there and Parking
The closest international airport is Bremen Airport. The main public transport in Bremen is run by tram lines. There is also a bus service.
There are accessible parking spaces situated 120m from the main entrance. Permits need to be obtained from the club in advance.

Spectator Viewing areas
There are 120 spaces for wheelchair users. The club provides a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket they can be seated behind the wheelchair user. Sightlines are good.
There are 10 spaces for blind and partially sighted supporters. An audio description commentary service is available, headsets are distributed before the game and are collected at the end.
There are accessible refreshment kiosks in the stadium.
There are 6 accessible toilets in the stadium they are stewarded on match days.
Spare wheelchairs are available from the entrance of gate 3. Coffee and water are available from a room situated near this entrance during half time.
