Getting there and Parking

Kiev has two main airports - Boryspil has links to many international destinations, and the smaller Zhulyany is more domestic though with some overseas destinations.

There is an extensive train and metro system in place in Kiev with many destinations. The stadium is close to the Heroiv Dnipra metro station.

There is dedicated parking for disabled fans located 150m from the stadium entrance. The area is well-lit and floors are of good quality. There is clear signage and stewards available on matchdays. Parking permits will be provided when purchasing tickets for disabled fans.

Getting a Ticket

All tickets for disabled fans and companions are complimentary.

Spectator Viewing areas

Wheelchair userThere are 20 spaces available for wheelchair users. These are located in sector 12 of the South Stand. The spaces give good sightlines of the pitch. Personal assistants can sit behind wheelchair users. There is also a dedicated entrance for wheelchair users with a ramp.

All other disabled fans may choose where they sit in the stadium. Guide and assistance dogs are welcomed.

Refreshment kiosks are well-lit but do not provide accessible versions of menus. They have not been made accessible for wheelchair users.

There is currently one bio-toilet, with plans to install a second. This is located close to the seating areas for disabled fans. They are not clearly signposted but are monitored by stewards on matchdays. They are equipped with grab rails but furniture is not easily distinguishable from the walls and floors.

For information about the specific accessible services available at the stadium, please contact the club directly.
