Getting there and Parking
The closest international airport is Düsseldorf International Airport. There is a main train line in Duisburg with links to a variety of major citites in Germany, there is also a bus system connection to the neighbouring city of Düsseldorf.

Spectator Viewing areas
There are 46 spaces available for wheelchair users. Sightlines are good, seats are sheltered, and there are no obstructed views. The club provides a complimentary ticket for Personal Assistants, and they can be seated adjacent to the wheelchair user.
There are 15 spaces available for blind and partially sighted supporters all spaces are sheltered. There is an audio descriptive commentary service available and the club provides 15 headsets for fans to borrow. Personal Assistant tickets are complimentary and sit adjacent.
There are accessible refreshment kiosks with lowered counters.
