Getting there and Parking
The closest international airport is Hamburg Airport. There are 3 major train stations in Hamburg Hamburg central station, Hamburg Dammtor station or Hamburg-Altona station, all with links to major cities in Germany. There is also an efficient bus service.
There are accessible parking spaces, a permit needs to be obtained from the liaison officer.

Spectator Viewing areas
There are 95 spaces for wheelchair users situated in the Lower Tribune. Sightlines are good, seats are sheltered, and there are no obstructed views. The club provides a complimentary ticket for Personal Assistants, they are situated in the standing area behind the wheelchair user.
There are 10 to 14 spaces for blind and partially sighted fans situated in the East Tribune. Spaces are covered and there is an audio descriptive commentary service available, headsets can be borrowed from the club. The club does provide a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket.
There are accessible refreshment kiosks.
There are 6 accessible toilets and they are stewarded.
