Getting there and Parking
Kharkiv has a relatively small international airport with few domestic and overseas connections.
Kharkiv is connected to many major Ukrainian cities by rail, and has a metro system, buses, trolleybuses and trams.
Accessible parking is available around 100m away from the stadium entrance. Spaces are clearly marked, well lit and covered, and provide sufficient room for wheelchair users. On matchdays, stewards are provided to monitor the parking spaces.
Getting a Ticket
All tickets are free - please contact the club for further information.
Spectator Viewing areas
Spaces for wheelchair users are located around the perimeter of the pitch. Spaces are not sheltered and at pitch level. The club provides a seat for the companion of a wheelchair user, which is located behind the fan in the first row of the stands. Home and away fans can sit with their own set of supporters.
Blind and partially sighted supporters may sit anywhere in the stadium. Guide dogs are allowed. Adjacent seats are provided for companions of disabled fans.
Deaf and hard or hearing supporters may also sit in any section of the stadium. Adjacent seats are provided for companions of disabled fans.
Dedicated amenity seats are not available for ambulant disabled supporters, but particular seats can be requested. Ambulant disabled fans can sit amongst their own set of supporters, and companion seats are provided.
There is one accessible toilet at the stadium. This can be found close to the parking area behind the South Stand. The toilet is clearly signposted and has a ramp at the entry. The toilet has grab rails, low sinks and mirrors.
Refreshment kiosks are not fully accessible for disabled fans. They are not close to the accessible seating areas and do not provide menus in alternative formats.
For information about particular accessible services available at the stadium, please contact the club directly.
