Getting there and Parking
The closest international airport is Berlin Schönefeld Airport. Buses and trams run the city centre. There is also a train station with links to a few major cities in Germany.
There are no accessible parking facilities.

Spectator Viewing areas
There are 50 spaces available for wheelchair users situated at the pitch side. Sightlines are good, although can be obstructed by stewards. The club does provide a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket and they can sit behind.
There are 10 spaces available for blind and partially sighted supporters. There is an audio descriptive commentary service available, and the club provides 10 headsets. The club also provides a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket and they can be seated behind. The club does not allow guide dogs into the stadium.
There are 6 accessible toilets in the stadium, a key is required to access them and they are stewarded. There is level access to all the toilets, with grab rails and sufficient space for a wheelchair user and Personal Assistant.
