Access Information for Disabled Supporters
Getting there and Parking
There are three major airports in Moscow - Sheremetyevo International Airport, Domodedovo International Airport and Vnukovo International Airport.
Moscow has many rail links to other major Russian cities, as well as international connections. A metro, tramline, monorail, trolleybus and bus service also operate in the city.
At the stadium, accessible parking is available. CAFE would recommend fans requiring accessible parking to contact their club in advance. Accessible stadium entrances provide level access.
Getting a Ticket
Disabled fans tickets can be purchased at the stadium entrance or by prior request to the club.
Spectator Viewing areas
There are spaces for wheelchair users, which can be found in central tribune C. Seats for companions are behind the disabled fan, and home and away fans must sit together. The seats offer good sightlines of the pitch and are not obstructed by stewards or other fans.
Blind and partially sighted supporters may sit anywhere in the stadium. There are no seats with additional room for a guide or assistance dog. Audio-descriptive commentary is not provided.
Easy-access seats can be found in tribune C, but these cannot be easily requested when putchasing match tickets. There are no amenity seats within the stadium.
There is a total of 4 accessible toilets in the stadium (two mens and two womens). They are located on the level below where accessible seating areas can be found. They are not clearly signposted. The womens toilets are only in operation for European matches at the stadium.
Refreshments kiosks are not accessible.
