Access Information for Disabled Supporters
Getting there and Parking
Cherkasy has an International Airport, but this is currently only serving domestic charter flights. Ukraine's main airport - Boryspil International Airport in Kiev - is around 120km away from Cherkasy.
Trains are available in Cherkasy and there is one station, with links to local cities. There are trolleybuses and buses also in operation in Cherkasy.
At the stadium, there is accessible parking available for disabled fans located 50m from the accessible entrance.
Getting a Ticket
Matchday tickets are available from the club's ticket office, and complimentary tickets are provided for one companion.
Spectator Viewing areas
There are around 20 spaces for wheelchair users available at the stadium. They are located around the perimeter of the stadium, behind the advertising hoardings at pitch-level. Seats for companions are adjacent to the wheelchair user space. Spaces in the North Stand are partially sheltered by a roof, and sightlines may be blocked by advertising hoardings.
Seats closer to the pitch are available for partially sighted fans who use monocles or binoculars to enhance their view. The stadium has no provisions in place for fans who wish to bring a guide or assistance dog with them.
Club staff are not trained to use text-to-phone translation services for deaf and hard of hearing fans. The stadium does not have any induction loops installed.
Easy-access seats are not dedicated, but the first row of seating can be used by ambulant disabled fans. There are no amenity seats with additional leg room, but fans can request particular seats when purchasing their tickets.
There are two accessible toilets in the stadium - one behind the North Stand and another behind the South Stand. These are clearly signposted and are not stewarded to prevent abuse on matchdays.
There is no audio-descriptive commentary service used at the stadium.
Matchday programmes are printed in medium-large sized fonts. Alternative formats are not available.
