Getting there and Parking
The nearest international airport to Monchengladbach is in Dusseldorf, which is around 40km away. Trains from Dusseldorf Airport to Dusseldorf Hbf will allow passengers to connect to Monchengladbach Hbf, and the total journey will take around 50 minutes.
From Monchengladbach Hbf, the stadium is around a 4km journey. Shuttle buses run from the station to the stadium. There is no satellite train station or tram service to the stadium.

Spectator Viewing areas
There are 76 spaces available for wheelchair users. A complementary personal assistant ticket is provided situated in a standing area behind the wheelchair user.
There are 30 spaces available for blind and partially sighted supporters. A complimentary personal assistant ticket is provided situated next to the blind or partially sighted supporter. An audio descriptive service is available, headsets can be collected before the game and must be returned at the end.
There are 15 spaces for ambulant disabled fans. A personal assistant space is available adjacent.
There are 8 accessible toilets situated throughout the stadium.
