Access Information for Disabled Supporters
Getting there and Parking
The closest international airport is Malpensa Airport. Milan has 5 major railway stations, Milan Central station being the one with the most connections. There is also a bus system called Milan Metro with 4 lines.
There is accessible parking, however permits need to be obtained from the club in advance.
Getting a Ticket
The only way that disabled fans can apply for tickets is online at http://www.acmilan.com/en/tickets/disabled_accreditation. Match tickets are free of charge.
Fans must register there and upload a copy of their disability certificate. If the fan is not from Italy, they must upload a copy of their disability certificate as well as an Italian translated version. Once registered and received a confirmation email, fans can then choose their match they want to attend by clicking ‘accreditation request’.
Requests for tickets will be accepted 3-5 days prior to the match. Fans need to add all required information about themselves and their companion. Once this is completed and has been accepted online, they need to print a copy of the accreditation confirmation.
On the day of the game, fans must take that confirmation as well as an ID card and original copy/copies of the disabled fan’s disability certificate to Gate 11. Fans need to arrive there no later than 30 minutes before kick off as tickets uncollected by then will be reallocated to fans on the day. CAFE would recommend arriving at the entrance in plenty of time.
There is an Italian phone number that fans can contact – (+39) 02 997 86315. This is in operation Monday to Friday 09.00 – 13.00 and 14.00 – 15.00 (Italian time).
CAFE has not verified this information and we suggest that you contact the club directly if you have any issues.
