Job Vacancies at Level Playing Field

Level Playing Field are currently looking to recruit people for the two following positions:

 

1. Development Administrator

 

Salary: Circa £13,000 – Part-Time

 

Level Playing Field is currently seeking a part-time Development Administrator to work with their Development Officer as part of a project in football aimed at creating new links between disabled supporters and their clubs.

 

The post is initially for a period of one year but may be extended subject to receiving further funding.

 

The successful candidate will report directly to the Development Officer but will also be responsible to the Level Playing Field Chair and Board of Trustees.

 

The role will be based in Chester working at the Head Offices of our European Partner, The Centre for Access to Football in Europe (CAFE).


The role will involve working part-time between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The exact details of when the hours will be worked will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

2. Never Watch Alone Iniative Researcher

 

Level Playing Field is currently seeking a part-time Researcher to take forward the excellent work of the Never Watch Alone Initiative (NWAI) based in Wigan. The NWAI currently partners up football and rugby fans with a learning difficulty to a “buddy”. The buddy attends matches with the fan as a friend/fellow supporter rather than being their “carer”.

 

The successful candidate will be required to build a business plan or framework to roll out the project nationally via a Pilot Study.

 

This is a one year part-time post based at home. The exact details of salary and when the hours will be worked and how many will be required for the role will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

 

The successful candidate will report directly to the Level Playing Field Chair and be responsible to the Board of Trustees and will also work closely with the LPF Development Officer.
