Celtic Disabled Supporters Association Launch

21 June 2011

The Celtic Disabled Supporters Association (CDSA) was successfully launched on Sunday 29th of May 2011. With almost 90 people attending it was a very successful first meeting. Celtic FC generously provided printing support and the use of the Kerrydale Suite at Celtic Park, along with staff and refreshments.

AUDIENCE AT CDSA LAUNCH

A second meeting has been arranged for Sunday 26th of June same venue same time, 2 PM, doors open 1 PM. Celtic FC are again providing the same level of support as they did for the inaugural meeting.

We now have an accepted constitution, and an interim committee ready for ratification at the next meeting. Amongst other things at the next meeting Keith Ferguson from CAFE will do a short presentation on his work. CAFE - Centre for Access to Football in Europe, was created to promote and ensure equal access to stadia across UEFA's region.

CDSA look forward to developing our own Association and working with others, especially with the SDSA.
