BLUE ARMY ON WHEELS WELKOM CAFE!

During a recent visit to Belgium I met up with some of the members of Blue Army On Wheels who are all supporters of K.R.C. Genk. The club was formed in 2000 and was the first disabled supporters club in Belgium.They currently have 250 members and are well organised and passionate about improving accessible facilities.They have a good relationship with the club, the city of Genk and province of Limburg authorities. They are also very keen to help other clubs start up DSA's and help to form a national group.
The picture below was taken in the wheelchair section at the stadium and includes the office bearers Luc Conings (President), Michel Simons (Vice President), Maurice Bielen (Secretary) and Geert Meurs (Treasurer).
